WHAT IS FELI?LEADERSHIP. SERVICE. COMMUNITY.The Florida Engineering Leadership Institute, or FELI for short (it rhymes with steely), is a leadership program that puts training into practice. FELI was created as a way to engage engineering professionals as service-oriented leaders within societies, communities, and workplaces. Throughout the course of the nearly year-long program, participants experience growth in actionable leadership skills along with a clear pathway to apply their skills across the profession and Florida's communities.
